Phoenix man injured in Spring Break accident

A 20-year old Phoenix man was injured while on Spring Break in Panama City Beach, when a second-floor balcony railing failed at a beach house that he was staying at. The man fell 15 feet to the ground below, suffering a laceration to his head and injuries to his neck and back. The injured individual was transported to a local hospital for treatment and is in good condition.
