by Administrator 19. April 2010 03:30

At least four vehicles were involved in a collision on the 101 freeway near the Elliot Road exit in Tempe Friday.

According to officials with the Arizona Department of Public Safety, at least four vehicles were involved in the crash, with at least two of them rolled over. Police say the crash occurred shortly after 4:00 p.m. Friday.

Preliminary investigation indicates that the drivers involved in the wreck were not paying attention due to another minor crash in the area. Officials with the Arzona DPS could not comment on any injuries sustained in the crash.

The collision closed all northbound lanes on the Loop 101.
