3 Injured in Dust Storm Crash

Three people were injured in a chain reaction accident that occurredduring a recent dust storm in Arizona.

Joy Crain, an officer for the Department of Public Safety,said the crash occurred around 1:20 a.m. about 20 miles east of Willcox insoutheastern Arizona. Craig confirmed that two commercial trucks and a bus wereinvolved in the accident.

The collision occurred after a truck entering the dust stormarea and slowed down due to limited visibility. The truck was rear-ended by afreight truck and a bus then ran into the back of that vehicle. The driver ofthe first truck was not injured. Craig said the driver and co-driver of thesecond truck were treated and released from Tucson Medical Center in Tucson.

Jaime Quintana the 47 year-old driver of the bus wasadmitted at University Medical Center for his injuries, which were notconsidered life threatening.
